I was both strategist and storyteller, selling homebuyers a natural life where they felt like their healthiest selves. I worked with the client to learn the details of the farm and amenity center and create a rigorous system of campaign standards.

THE GAME PLAN

I distilled a complex, multi-layered master plan into a clear, compelling promise: a farm-to-table lifestyle that elevates everyday living. Through a multi-sensory suite of executions—including audio tours, social content, a microsite, video, and print collateral—I brought the Agrihood’s story to life for the launch. The result helped earn Carnes Crossroads the 2025 Community of the Year honors from the National Association of Home Builders.
