I saw this brand as an opportunity to transform a basic commodity into exercises in camaraderie and nostalgia. I researched into struggles from buying firewood and created content that addressed specific wood-quality and delivery-logistics pain points.
THE GAME PLAN
We launched the “Pollen Pass,” and I positioned it as a timely solution with lasting benefits to a seasonal problem. I developed sharp, social-first copy that highlighted the practical benefits of regular washes and the instant gratification of “Unlimited” access. I also contributed to webpage and mobile app copy.
