THE SCOUTING REPORT
Durham-based biotech startup Ribometrix specializes in developing small molecule therapeutics that target RNA to treat diseases. They needed a more modern biotech brand and messaging system that could appeal to funders and prospective employees while still letting their science do the talking.
THE HUDDLE
I worked with my creative team and art director to understand Ribometrix’s RNA-targeted approach and the audiences the refreshed brand needed to reach. I dug into Ribometrix’s science and industry’s existing messaging to understand how successful biotech companies explained complex therapeutic platforms without flattening the expertise behind them.
THE GAME PLAN
I wrote web banners and digital ads that distilled Ribometrix’s technical story into concise, high-impact lines built for fast comprehension. Each execution introduced Ribometrix’s refreshed identity across digital channels. Alongside the visual system of photography, icons, color, design elements and patterns, the messaging helped give Ribometrix a sleek, accessible brand presence built to support its important work in disease prevention.
