To stand out at the Triangle and Franklin County Parade of Homes events, stay fresh year-to-year at an annual event, and drive foot traffic to The Jim Allen Group’s (JAG) featured properties.

THE HUDDLE

We needed every year’s campaign feel wholly new, to make each showcase of JAG homes feel worth coming back for. I was a self-sufficient researcher and built campaign copy and strategy off ideas that would make for a relevant and memorable campaigns. Additionally, I collaborated with the client and account managers to make prizes and incentives for frequent tourers part of our strategy.

THE GAME PLAN

I developed a series of unifying campaign themes and brand voices that made for immersive brand experiences. This involved creating taglines, email campaigns, social media strategies, and mobile app development. Same event every year, completely new experience. We turned home touring into something memorable, sharable, and fun, making JAG the most exciting stop on the Parade every time.
